HERBAL SITCH BATH

The Herbal Sitz Bath contains a unique blend of organic herbs traditionally used to provide comfort to intimate areas, for anyone who needs it, including during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Each box contains six individual, easy-to-use sachets: simply brew, let cool, then use as a sitz bath to soothe discomfort "down there."

The infused solution from the herbal sitz bath can be used to soothe intimate discomfort in a sitz bath or to prepare postpartum padsicles (ice-cold sanitary napkins). The bags themselves can also be used as a soothing compress after infusion—hot or cold.
