What happens if baby is poorly positioned?
It is possible that during the session we are not able to obtain a good profile of the baby due to several factors. We know that this is important to you! We will offer you a 2nd session free of charge.
When is the best time in pregnancy to see your baby's face?
It is recommended to come between 30 and 34 weeks to see the facial features in detail.
At how many weeks can I see the sex of my baby on an ultrasound?
From 16 weeks.
I am pregnant with twins. Is 3D-4D ultrasound possible? Is there an additional charge?
Even with twins, the ultrasound is done very well. No extra charge!
Can my family come with me?
Absolutely! There can be 10 of you in total, including the parents-to-be. We have a large two-level home theater-style room.
Are you open on weekends?
We are open every other Saturday. Hurry up to reserve your spot if you want a Saturday.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No, because it is not a medical ultrasound.
Can an ultrasound with us replace a pregnancy follow-up ultrasound with your doctor?
No, because our ultrasounds are not medical. No measurements or diagnoses will be made. It is very important to respect your pregnancy ultrasounds with your doctor.
What factors influence the quality of the images obtained?
There are several factors that unfortunately cannot be controlled by you or our specialist. To help you better understand why ultrasounds differ from one mother to another, here are the 5 biggest factors. 1. The mother's morphology. 2. The baby's position. 3. Hands, feet and cord in front of the face. 4. The position of the placenta. 5. The amount of amniotic fluid.
Do you offer live streaming for people who cannot attend the ultrasound?
Following several recurring issues with the external platform used for streaming, our team has decided to no longer offer this feature. You can still make Facetime calls. Not to mention, you'll also get your ultrasound video on your USB drive.
What if I have a gift card?
To make a reservation directly online, you must proceed to payment. If you have a gift card or discount, please call us or contact us on Facebook or Instagram. Payment will then be made directly on site.
