A protective and soothing oil for mother and baby
TO MASSAGE YOUR PERINEUM
Tearing and episiotomies are not inevitable during childbirth. Daily massages of the perineum throughout the 8th month of pregnancy will help to soften it and thus limit resistance when the baby passes.
The perineum must be able to relax and stretch as much as possible at the time of expulsion to facilitate the passage of the baby and thus limit the risk of tearing or episiotomy. Nature being well done, the hormonal changes of pregnancy soften the tissues of the perineum to make them more elastic. But it is possible to optimize this hormonal impregnation and make it even more effective.
Perineal massage is practiced from the 36th week of amenorrhea, preferably between 3 and 5 minutes every day.
To make your actions more fluid and nourish the skin, we suggest using organic sweet almond oil.

TO PROTECT YOUR SKIN AND THAT OF THE BABY
More than one in two women see stretch marks appear during pregnancy. So no, you are not the only one! All pregnant women think about them and many dread them. Fortunately, this is not inevitable. It is possible to avoid them, limit them, reduce them if they appear, and even treat them if they are too bothersome for you.
During pregnancy, especially the last two trimesters, the skin on the stomach, thighs, hips or breasts is tense and stretched quickly.
The more hydrated, rich in collagen and elastic the skin is, the better it resists stretching and therefore does not crack or crack slightly.
The ideal is to start prevention from the very beginning of pregnancy, there is no need to wait until the first signs of stretch marks appear. Of course, there is a natural terrain and not all women are equal when it comes to stretch marks, but there is no need to wait to find out which side you are on.
One of the most recommended oils is sweet almond. Favor organic oils to avoid additional exposure to pesticides.
Sweet almond oil is rich in omega 6 and 9 and forms a protective film on your skin that reduces dehydration of the upper layer of the epidermis. It is very oily and must penetrate your skin well to be effective, but when applied correctly, it is formidable against stretch marks and without any risk for you or your baby. You can also use this same oil to massage your future baby!
