

ESSENTIAL OIL - EUCALYPTUS
Essential oil dilution instruction:
- Mix 1-5 drops of essential oil in 1 tbsp. (5 mL) vegetable oil.
- Mix 3-6 drops of oil with water in a diffuser for a scented ambiance with a sweet, soothing fragrance.
For topical use:
- Apply diluted eucalyptus essential oil to solar plexus once daily and massage for use in aromatherapy to help relieve colds/coughs.
- Apply diluted eucalyptus essential oil to temples up to 3 times daily and massage in for use in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches.< /li>
- Apply Eucalyptus essential oil diluted up to 3 times daily and massage in for use in aromatherapy to help relieve joint or muscle pain associated with sprains, strains and rheumatoid arthritis.
- Wraps (for use in aromatherapy to help relieve joint/muscle pain associated with sprains/strains/rheumatoid arthritis): Add 2 drops eucalyptus essential oil no diluted with 500 mL of lukewarm water in a bottle. Mix well by shaking the bottle and immediately soak the compress. Wring lightly, apply the compress to the skin and cover with clothing or a towel. Leave in place for 2 to 4 hours. Up to 3 times a day.
For inhalation use: (For aromatherapy use of Eucalyptus essential oil to help relieve headaches, to relieve colds and coughs.)
- Bath: Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil to equal amount of shampoo or liquid soap before adding to bath water. Mix the water gently. To get the most benefit, stay in the bath for 10 minutes. Use 2 drops of essential oil undiluted on first use and increase by 1 drop per bath to a maximum of 8 drops. Use once a day.
- Direct Inhalation: Apply 1-6 drop(s) of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times daily.
- Steam Bath: Add 3-12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of boiling water or a facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes. Up to 3 times a day.
Adults (18 years and older) TOPICAL/INHALATION: Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if necessary, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. For occasional use only. Do not use undiluted essential oil directly on the skin.
Warnings:
Keep out of the reach of children. If accidentally swallowed, seek emergency medical attention or call a poison control center. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not expose the treated area to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. Contraindications:If the skin is damaged, irritated or sensitive, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. Known Adverse Reactions:If nausea, dizziness, headache, or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use of this product.
Child-resistant packaging/containers should be used.
Store in an airtight, light-resistant container and keep at room temperature. May stain wood.
